I bought double glazing & it was fitted badly

This is my story: after retiring we decided to make the home good for our retirement, this is when things went badly wrong.
The install Team arrived when we had our morning coffee @ 11AM on the 3 days they were there!

This was our pride and joy, nice warm windows! they installed the window sub frame UPSIDE DOWN with the drain holes on the TOP! allowing water to go in through the foam seal and into the profile staying there, and NOT drain away as the design was intended

the sealing FOAM escaping

This was the best picture showing the FOAM seal after 4 years of immersion in water
it finally gave up and tried to escape from its waterlogged place in the UPVC frame.

Showing gap behind moulding

Clearly showing GAP behind moulding which covered the NO filler this was after the initial surveyor & experienced man inspected the work then by removing the moulding,
I later, after seeing him insert a 12" steel rule did the same with a long skewer that went in as well!
